Stuart R. Seiff, M.D., is the founder of The Pacific Center for Oculofacial and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, a premier provider of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the forehead, eyelids, and midface in Northern California. Dr. Seiff is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and has received specialized training in plastic surgery, qualifying him as a Fellow of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS).

Dr. Seiff has extensive experience in oculofacial plastic surgery, including cosmetic eyelid surgery, eyelid cancers and reconstruction, Grave’s disease, and orbit surgery. He has served as a Past President of ASOPRS and a long-term member of the ASOPRS Executive Committee. Additionally, Dr. Seiff is the Program Director for the CPMC (affiliated with UCSF) ASOPRS Fellowship Program in oculofacial plastic surgery, contributing to the training of the next generation of surgeons in this field.
