I had my 6 month post surgery follow up yesterday, and have been completely thrilled with Dr Mays and team every step of the way. I recommend Dr Mays with the highest endorsement and superlatives I can express. As a physician myself, I did a lot of comparison shopping when choosing my plastic surgeon for my breast lift and reduction surgery. It was not a decision I took lightly. Dr Mays possesses not just the highest technical skill, but also the artistry that makes his outcomes so outstanding. I feel amazing, and am over the moon pleased with my results. For the first time since the age of 13, I feel like my body is proportional, can actually button a shirt, and no longer have chronic upper back and neck pain. I have been a patient of Dr. Mays over the years and have had many surgeries and procedures performed. His approach is very individualized - he listened to my goals and produced those results while keeping me on the right track. I am extreme and wanted drastic results - he delivered such while ensuring I didn’t go too far. His bedside manner and extreme talent are unmatched. In some of my before/after photos, you can see the beautiful results after rhinoplasty, Neograft (to reduce forehead size), a lip lift (not to be confused with a lip flip), earlobe reduction and filler. Again, I prefer drastic results, but Dr. Mays tailors every plan to his patient’s goals. He is the most talented plastic surgeon in the US and we are lucky to have him here in Louisville, KY.

I am two weeks post op from a mommy makeover and I cannot say enough about Dr. Mays and his staff. I'd go back to him a million times over. The nurses are so amazing and the lymphatic massage with Sherri .... the best, most relaxing experience!!! They always make me feel so comfortable.

I just received botox/filler from Dustyn at the spa at Mays Plastic surgery. She was amazing! I had several needs/concerns/questions that I wanted addressed. She made me feel so comfortable and answered everything! It was a great, safe experience. I am extremely happy with my results and I would go back to her in a heartbeat!

I had/have very good experience at the Spa every time I visit. The place is inviting and staff are professional and friendly which I believe is very important to feel welcomed every time I go for treatment. Aubrianna did my micro needling and I'm so happy with results and can't wait to go back for my next treatment done in May. Sherie did my deep tissue massage twice now and it's literally the best one I had. She's so sweet, welcoming and listen to my concern. I already bought two more sessions with her and can't wait to schedule it again.
