I knew I would love the office before I even arrived there. Staff was compassionate and professional during the process of a new patient appointment. I was not disappointed. The staff and Dr Rubin are terrific. I feel very comfortable proceeding with possible surgery. Next on my agenda. Getting a Cat Scan. If allowed ..I would have added another 5 stars.

BEYOND RUDE STAFF MEMBER!! Had an appt and there was a miscommunication regarding insurance (I had attempted to give insurance info prior to appt), however was told I could bring info to appt. When the employee came to waiting room to inform me that they did not accept my plan,she was incredibly rude, aggressive and disrespectful. Apparently Dr Rubin allows this nasty attitude and behavior from staff. Would not recommend

It's a pleasure having a surgeon that takes pride in his profession. Dr. Ruben made the process less fearful and I am extremely pleased with the results . Wonderful staff.
