Dr.Rose is the best reconstructive plastic surgeon in New York!!My sister has been his patient for a while now,he helped her with her scar on her left hand.Her scars she had at the beginning to now improved so much thanks to Dr.Rose.He was there for my sister when no other doctor thought they could help her.I felt that Dr. Rose was very easy to talk to and felt he always listened to my sister’s concerns and etc..Nancy is such a pleasant person, helpful,smart and caring.She also has done so much for my sister and I.We’re both so thankful and grateful what they have done for us.10/10 would recommend Dr.Rose!!!

Highly Recommend- Dr. Rose is an incredible surgeon, who treats his patients with kindness and compassion. His medical assistant, Nancy is over the top! I’m addition to her medical duties, she’s a pro at navigating insurance issues, scheduling and all the details seamlessly. Dr Rose performed surgery to repair facial paralysis. I am very happy with the outcome. He and his team treated me like family. I am very grateful and highly recommend.
