Cannot express the gratitude that I feel for Dr micheal and his whole entire staff. He completely changed my life. I have quite a bit of medical issues . My husband and I met with dr Mike and was very upfront and honest about what i needed and what i did not. He made me feel incredibly comfortable and eased my nerves. I have never met a dr like him. Very informative, very sweet, great personality and cares . He does what he feels is best for his patients. We all should be so blessed to have the grace of his hands transforming all of our lives. The entire staff is Incredible. This place is top notch and if your looking for an honest and amazing surgeon look no further. Trust me you will absolutely not be disappointed. Thank you for helping me and walking me through this entire process. Dr Mike is a blessing!

Recently I entrusted Dr Michael Mirmanesh at The Garden Med Spa in North Palm Beach to perform a lower eye bleph and a lip lift . My under eye area really made me unhappy and I was wasting so much money on eye creams / lasers/ filler / correctors and concealers . I went for a consult with Dr Michael and staff and they immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease . He assured me that he had the surgical solution for my under eye situation . He explained the procedure and the after care and down time ( 3 weeks) He also suggested a lip lift to improve my upper lip shape and fullness . It has been over a month since both of my procedures. I am beyond thrilled with my result. I highly recommend Dr Michael and his lovely staff ( especially nurse Vanessa ) I have never felt more confident and beautiful . Thank you Dr Michael and Co

Dr Mirmanesh is a total professional. His practice should be the first place you visit to consult with Florida’s best practitioner of meaningful body / facial enhancement. Consult, prep, surgery, post, E2E thorough and thoughtful. outstanding results!!

Dr. Michael and his staff are fantastic. They truly care about their clients. What impresses me is the teamwork between both the surgical side and the spa side of the medical spa. I have already recommended them several times!
