Dr. Patterson and his entire team were phenomenal! He recently performed breast reduction surgery on me and he is definitely a perfectionist! Thoroughly explains the process from start to finish and never felt rushed through any of my appointments. I went to him on a recommendation from a friend that had him perform the same surgery and so happy that I did! PA's Jenn and Rebecca were also great and knowledgeable. I learned something new - He does all his own surgeries unlike other teaching hospitals where you can end up having a resident perform your surgery.

I really can’t rate I have not been to appt. Yet but I do have to say the front desk lady can be a little rude. Telling me that she talk to me two times about loosing weight and doing PT. I explain to her I did PT and Lost Over 30 pounds. I told her I only talked to you once and United Health Care called you about me. Why they called you was because they called me to see how my surgery coming. Same as my Dr. And Nurse. And PT. I explain to them what happened with the other place I was referred to. I was turned down because they thought it was best if I had the surgery at the hospital. But the Dr. Is Outnet work. Same as the hospital where she wants me to go. So couldn’t do it. They sent me to you instead. I worked hard to get ready for this surgery paper work and loosing weight. Dr. Approved paper work. Mammogram and physical. I know I need to loose more weight I understand that. But most of my weight is on top. The Dr. And Nurses and the Mountainveiw plastic surgery said the same thing to me. But I only needed to loose about 10 lbs. so United Heath Care and PT 360 help me out plus my Dr. And my nurse Sue helped me to. I feel terrible that I I denied on on referral I just wanted to come in and just talk to a Dr. And they can tell me what I need to do. Or if they can do the surgery. Thank you.

This office is the most professional, amazing office of all medical offices I have ever been to. The staff, and Dr willson are thorough, always on time, and very compassionate and kind. They make me feel like I’m a part of their family. dr. Willson is incredibly professional and I know every time I have surgery that I am in excellent, wonderful, skilled hands. Dr willson saved my life when I was brought to UVM via helicopter a year ago. He has spent many hours doing surgery on me a number of times and we still have more to go, but I’m not worried because I know I have such an amazing surgeon and staff to take care of me. If there any bad reviews on this office completely disregard them. I am very critical of most physicians office as most are completely incompetent. Trust me when I say this office is top notch. Dr willson even holds your hand when you are scared and they are putting you under. Thank you to all of you guys who work here and are amazing with my care!!

UVM medical was so shady to me. i had to wait 6 months to get an initial appointment, then my surgery was scheduled for a year later. i asked if they would file my paperwork early, so i could figure out some details with my insurance. they said they did. then they filed two weeks before the surgery , my insurance needed more info, uvm couldn’t schedule me in again to fix my chart, wouldn’t set me up with a social worker, said i would need to pay for my surgery in full, and basically led me along for a year and a half only to try to screw me over financially in the end. i wouldn’t have known that they were going to make me pay in full unless i had spent HOURS talking to my insurance and the surgery center. they were no help to me at all and only wasted my time and energy . i found Mountain Lake Plastic Surgery and my experience there was immaculate. i would highly recommend MLPS
