Worst place I have ever visited. Came in for obstructed ear drum. Had an appointment scheduled with dr herschcovitch and he didn’t even show. An inexperienced PA came in and made my condition worse and just tried selling me on a procedure that’s not even related to my issue. She was very rude and acted as if I was wasting her time Went to another practice in Irvine and they cleared up my issue within 5 minutes. Now they are mis-billing me. I usually don’t write any reviews but had to for this practice. Please take my word and DO NOT GO HERE. FULL OF SCAMMERS AND KNOW NOTHING “EAR NOSE THROAT SPECIALISTS”

Believe all the negative reviews that you see. The office left my mom suffering in pain after the sinus surgery that she didn’t need and now has hearing loss because of it. After months of trying to get her ear healed she only saw the doctor once. She initially didn’t even go in for ear issues. They scare you into thinking that your scans are the worst they’ve ever seen. the PA even told me “if we could do the surgery for you today we would”. I went to get two more opinions and both ENTs said that that the balloon procedure was unnecessary for me. This place is a puppy mill for procedures and the doctor never even talks to the patients.
