We had an outstanding experience with Dr.Schaefer! He has a most excellent skill set. My daughter had a g-tube scar that was indented like a belly button and he made it disappear. She is no longer self conscious of the scar that left a reminder of a traumatic time in her life. Thankyou!

Dr Schaefer was courteous and professional. I was interviewing multiple surgeons for removal of encapsulated breast implants. I was told when I scheduled the consultation that the initial consultation was free. I was surprised when I then received a bill for $274. I have called billing four times now and spent significantly more time trying to rectify this than at the consult since they don’t believe me when I say I was told the initial consult was free. I am having them pull the taped conversation now and waiting to hear what they will do. I am angry and frustrated and will be using a different surgeon based on the billing issues. I am paying everything out of pocket and surprise bills matter!

I saw some feedback that Dr Schaefer didn't assure them and make them feel comfortable. I'd like to say, doctors are definitely not known for the way they talk but their work!!! Amazing skills, technique, and team!!! I am currently two months post op. I have very little scarring, I healed up so nicely!!! My scars were not jagged, they were super straight and stitched up nicely! I'm so happy I chose you! My surgery turned out so amazing.
