Horrible scheduling system. I called about getting in to see Dr Rad. I was told it would be 5 weeks out. They had my name and what procedure I was interested to get done. I scheduled the consultation and paid the $250 fee. A week before my appointment I called to get the email they were supposed to send but never did and was told my appointment was not scheduled because I did not send them my name, address, procedure I was interested in, and previous surgery’s. Wow!! I sent the fee and that should have held my appointment. They had my name and what procedure I was interested in and my address from my payment so I’m so confused why my appointment wasn’t held and why they couldn’t make me a profile. They said they could schedule me for another 5 weeks out. They saw that I paid so why take my payment without securing my appointment or at least give a call to get the rest of the information. Poor customer service!!!

Dr. Rad is thorough and does an excellent job boiling down different concepts and procedures so the patient can understand it. I’ve only ever gotten as far as a consult with him but I am very much looking forward to working with him in the future.

There aren’t enough stars to adequately express my opinion of Dr. Rad. He performed my reconstruction surgery following treatment for breast cancer as well as several other procedures over the last few years. His skill as a surgeon is exceeded only by his kindness and gentleness. You will be in excellent hands if you choose Dr. Rad as your surgeon.
