Rude and Impatient Phone Staff Behavior: The front desk staff displayed unprofessional behavior, including rudeness, impatience, and an irritated tone. The staff failed to prioritize patient comfort and needs, demonstrated a lack of empathy. The surgeon's skill is overshadowed by the negative experience with the front desk. I had breast cancer, a mastectomy, and several reconstructive procedures 10 years ago. After significant weight loss and body changes, my implants were no longer proportional to my body. My original surgeon no longer works with cancer survivors, so a friend of a friend suggested Dr. Oslin. He listened to what I wanted and did fabulous work! My breasts are much more natural looking, symmetrical, and suitable for my body size. I highly recommend!

I had a couple procedures done by Dr Oslin and have been very pleased with the results. Good bedside manner. Takes his time with listening to concerns. Office staff is informative and very nice. The surgery center he utilizes has the sweetest nurses and staff as well. Would recommend his services.
