Dr. Jeffords owes me a refund as I had to cancel my surgery. He keeps giving me the run-a-round and refusing to return my money. I know he is retiring at the end of this month and I would not think $10,000 would be that big of a deal to him. (I'm a teacher and $10,000 is a lot of money to me!) I am very frustrated and disappointed in him. I can't believe he is so unprofessional and petty. I am currently seeking the advice of an attorney.

Dr. Jeffords did a great job. I had lipo around my waist over 10 yrs ago and it came out wonderful. The fat never returned in that area and I no longer have to worry about love handles. The surgery was well worth it !
