Dr. Handcock and her staff were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I was really worried about my situation, but Dr. Handcock took her time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and reassured. She has great patient bedside manner (which sometimes you do not see anymore), and I never felt rushed. Her staff were very helpful. I’m so grateful for the time and attention she gave me, and I can’t recommend her enough!

Every employee that we have encountered at this office has been incredible. From the front desk staff to the insurance coordinators, PA’s, and surgeons. That’s very rare to find these days, so I’m extremely grateful to have found this office for the surgery we needed. Thank you Dr. Nachlas & team!! Awful patient care. Scheduled an appointment through ZocDoc two weeks ago after an ER discharge. Take off of work and as I’m on the way to the appointment I get a call 20 minutes before my appointment time stating that my appointment is not confirmed and that the provider I booked with is not in the office. Extremely unprofessional. I work in healthcare as well & we call prior to appointments to verify and advise of any changes. Don’t partner with ZocDoc if it’s not providing accurate information.
