I had a deep plane facelift with Dr. Cohen in March 2025. For several years, I had grown disappointed about seeing the "tired" face staring back at me in the mirror (Zoom work didn't help that!!). Inside, my 65 year old self still felt youthful and I just wanted to have my inside match my outside. But, I had debated doing it for a long time- was I being too vain? Was I friviously spending a lot of hard earned money to do something that was just for my own benefit? Was I taking undue risk for an elective procedure? etc. I finally decided I wanted to go for it, with eyes wide open knowing I will never look 30 years younger, but hopeful I could look like my best 65 year old self. When I met with Dr. Cohen, I immediately felt a great connection and could tell that I could trust his opinion and his expertise. He took all the time I needed to discuss every aspect of the procedure, my options, my concerns, etc. In fact, the first time I met with him was a few years earlier, and he told me he felt I wasn't yet ready to fully benefit from the surgery. Clearly, he was a person of integrity to basically tell me to go away and come back a few years later. So, I waited a couple of years, saw more changes in my face over time and met with him again. We then discussed that this was a better time to consider doing the facelift. The surgery went very well, and I had been fully prepared for what to expect during the healing process. I am now 4 weeks post and couldn't be more pleased with the results. I am not one to write reviews, but I know that it can be difficult to find a good provider that you can trust, especially for something as personal and important as a medical procedure. The reviews I read about Dr. Cohen before meeting him were instrumental in helping me contact him in the first place and therefore I wanted to add my opinion to give others an opportunity to make a great choice. I can 100% say without hesitation, you would not go wrong with Dr. Cohen. He and his entire staff are first rate. Certainly, being an expert in your field (which he is) with strong ethical principles is the most important aspect, but having a great rapport with patients from start to finish as well as a great staff puts everything over the top. There is absolutely not one complaint I can even think of to mention.

My surgery with Dr. Cohen included a neck lift with saliva gland sculpting, a deep plain facelift, fat insertion for facial alignment, a temporal brow lift and the CO2 laser treatment. This is the process…. Doctor consultation, making the surgery appointment, asking millions of questions in between, then the surgery, and finally the recovery with a million more questions. The office staff and Dr. Cohen made the process feel like someone held my hand the whole way. Besides all the wonderful attention, my face is everything I hoped it would be. This after picture is 3 weeks out.
