Let me first off say, I'm not surprised he doesn't have more reviews because the worst doctors that have not only taken advantage of me financially but are known butchers...have tons, TONS of fake reviews. I learned the hard way, that's how they get so much clientele. I don't want to make this post about that, but considering Dr. Chen is one of the rare doctors that obviously doesn't do this, it shouldn't go unsaid. Dr. Chen has taken care of me for 2 years. he revised a botched facelift I had and I needed several tweaks after, which he refused to charge me for. His staff could not be more kind. Britani, his office manager, has talked with me and has an ability to understand his clients on an emotional level. I know his level of care is genuine and he is an honest man, I have witnessed it first hand. In the plastic surgery world, it is rare. Because his office was 3 hours away, I had to spend the night near his facility after my revision. HOWEVER, he literally came to our hotel the next day to care for me there so that I didn't have to go into the office. I would recommend him on merit alone, but he also wants to get his work right and will tweak it if necessary without making you feel like a burden and without charging you through the nose for it.

Great caring Dr., Dr. Chen. He took care of me during a revision and his continued care is thoughtful and kind. I needed that after the trauma I went through with another plastic surgeon in Atlanta, which was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Dr. Chen and his staff have really helped me heal both on the outside and in.

Got a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Bhatt. He did an incredible job and it is exactly what I asked for. The swelling and bruising went away almost immediately after the first 3 days of recovery. The Georgia Center run their business only by word of mouth instead of using social media to promote, so this is the only way I can get the word out there since I’m not from Augusta. I’m very happy with the results and this procedure is something I’ve wanted since I was 14 years old. I have given permission to use my photos so anyone in the future can see Dr. Bhatt’s work.

Excellent consultation with Dr. Bhatt. I have a complicated revision rhinoplasty case and he was very thorough with his review. Never felt rushed and he answered all questions that I had. The facility is also extremely well kept. I am still in the decision making stage but felt like I would be in good hands here. Staff was very accommodating.

I had an amazing experience at the Georgia Center with Dr. Chen. I had a botched rhinoplasty in the 1980s and with 4 revisions throughout the years, my nose was still misshaped and I had difficulty breathing out of it. I had 5 surgeons tell me that they would not perform a revision rhinoplasty because I was too old or had too much surgery on it. Dr Chen is so skilled, kind and personable. He told me he definitely could revise my nose. He was honest and said it wouldn't be perfect but it would be much improved and functional. That is absolutely the way it turned out. I am so happy with my nose and I am so glad I found Dr. Chen. I also had him do a lower face lift to take care of my turkey neck and I am so glad I did. I love the results. His staff was awesome and it was a great experience overall!
