Dr. Cox and her entire team are the top of their professions. The surgery was everything I had hope it would be. The surgery outcome corrected my asymmetrical eye droop and looks very natural. Besides being an outstanding surgeon, Dr Cox is very personable, spends time to listen to what you hope to achieve, answers questions and put me at ease at every step of the process. Dr. Cox and her fabulous team are beyond amazing! Every single step in my ptosis repair and upper blephrolasty has been smooth and wonderful! Dr. Cox is clearly passionate about the science and art behind her craft. She is attentive and meticulous to detail. She was so patient and welcomed my million questions. She is really big on patient education and empowerment. She was honest, thorough in her assessment and took the time to explain her approach. My needs and goals were always prioritized and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. But after sitting down with Dr. Cox, seeing her outstanding previous work, and understanding my tailored plan, there was no doubt in my mind that I was in incredibly capable and talented hands. The procedure itself was such a breeze. I was way more nervous than I needed to be, but Dr. Cox was comforting and explained each step as she was doing it. There was minimal to no pain during or after the procedure. Dr. Cox has been so sweet to follow up with me the day after as well as later in the week. I’m healing well, feel physically better since my eyelid muscles are no longer straining, and I’m delighted with the results thus far! I’m looking forward to the end results when I’m all healed up! I was referred to Dr Cox by my dermatologist. My consultation was 90 minutes long was very thorough. I was able to speak with her, had my photos taken and all of my questions were answered. She reviewed the options for both upper and lower eyes with all the pros and cons. I felt very comfortable and decided to have full circle and brow reconstruction done. The preop appointment was also very thorough and I received all the information/medications needed for recovery. Both the day of the procedure and all the follow up was also a wonderful experience. Dr Cox checked in the first 2 days of recovery and then every few days after. She was very responsive to my texts and took alot of time in my post op visits to answer all of my questions. My recovery has been vey easy and I am thrilled with my results. Everyone I see thinks I look 10 years younger! I have alot more confidence and am so glad I decided to do the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Cox for anyone asking!
