I had the pleasure of meeting the nicest and most caring group of people at Dr Lewis's office. The Blephariplasty (upper lid) procedure was quick and painless. They promptly answered any questions or concerns before and after the procedure. I was treated with outmost professionalism and kindness. Everyone made my first experience with cosmetic surgery very pleasant. Dr Lewis came highly recomended which influenced my decision to select him. I am more than pleased with the results of a brighter and more youthful appearance. My 55 year old eyes no longer look tired, angry and puffy. My hereditary hooded eyes needed professional intervention and I am more than pleased with the results. The entire staff demonstrated remarkable expertise and professionalism which I am grateful for. Dr Lewis performed my rhinoplasty 2 summers ago, and he did a horrible job. He did not listen to any of my concerns even though I gave him detailed instructions on what I wanted and how I wanted the final product to look. He completely ignored all of my concerns before and after my surgery. Despite botching my nose, he did not seem to care at all. After I reached out to his office for further assistance, I was essentially ghosted. No one has responded to me. Do not go to this doctor for any procedure because he is so set in his ways and does not care about what you want. His and his office’s behavior is disheartening and disrespectful to the patient. Listen to the reviews and save yourself.

I have yet to leave a review on the procedure I had so we’re going to back it up as of May 2020. The doctor is nice. The office is nice the secretary she’s sweet. She even had work by the doctor Lewis but what they lack in is hearing the voices of their clients when something goes wrong. Although after having surgery; I never received medication for my pain, and I developed seroma. Seroma happens when certain surgical techniques are used; during the surgical process. The symptoms of seroma after Tummy tuck surgery in order to seek appropriate medical care is a common complication where clear-yellow fluid accumulates under the skin near the surgical site. The following symptoms may indicate the presence of a seroma: Balloon-like swelling in the abdominal area Clear or yellowish fluid draining from the surgical incision and Discomfort or pain near the incision site. (These symptoms typically occur within the first weeks after surgery) I was ballooned and filled with fluid. I had to be sent to the Emergency because I couldn’t walk due to the amount of fluid built up blocking my artery in my left leg. Once Lewis got there and sucked out the fluid I was able to walk better. I would be treated for several months for Seroma with Needle aspirations: This procedure involves using a needle and syringe to drain the fluid from the seroma. It is a minimally invasive technique that can provide immediate relief. However; I was also diagnosed with sepsis at the hospital my white blood cell count was 19.6, my absolute neutrophils was 16934. Understand this when you get any kind of surgery you are handing your life over to the doctors. I’m not saying I blame Mr Lewis for it all but be more concerned with the after care and beware of those rare cases. Stop worrying about the lawsuits and worry about the clients lives and health. I can’t say I regret it but listen to your body, doctors really need to listen to their patients and be more aware and communicate with compassion. Compassion in the health field has disappeared and leaves people feeling helpless and worried about who to trust in the healthcare system. I am better now no scars but the trauma of it was something no one would want to go through. That is a huge price to pay for your own happiness though. It’s all how you feel and how much you want it. Complications will happen just be prepared and always do your research. I give a two stars because it’s a fair rating and I’m being true to myself and true to rating people with honesty and genuine results.
