While many others seem to have had a great experience with this surgeon, my journey was a bit more complicated—and in hindsight, disappointing. I was born with a congenital breast deformity, something I was told he could correct. I even have progress photos, though I’m unsure if I can share them here. From the start, something felt off. His bedside manner left much to be desired—there were several stray remarks that, frankly, could’ve been phrased with more tact or left unsaid entirely. But I tried to stay hopeful. It wasn’t until I consulted a different surgeon that I realized just how over his head Dr. Fulks may have been with my case. He might do well with standard procedures, but for someone like me, the results were far from harmonious. My breasts looked like they belonged to two different people—maybe cousins, but definitely not siblings. Still, the results were better than what I had before, and I tried to be content. But then one implant ruptured, likely due to a faulty product, and I found myself needing another surgery. Unfortunately, his office policies and my insurance clashed, leaving me in a bind. I am 6 weeks post op from a bilateral breast reduction and an abdominoplasty. Dr. Fulks was very informative of the surgery and what to expect. He also made it very clear that outcomes can vary from person to person. He did a wonderful Job. The office staff and surgical staff were amazing.

I was in the unfortunate situation where on a consultation I was fondled and photographed without a chaperone or the option of a chaperone (breast reduction surgery)I was overcharged for the consultation and then scolded when I paid it, apparently I was charged $200 and it was to be $50. I was never followed up with after my initial visit. This visit made me feel disrespected and insulted as well as violated. I ended up having the reduction with a very professional plastic surgeon in Michigan. He had a chaperone and NEVER put his hands on my breasts. Be careful ladies.

I would definitely recommend Dr Fulks. He is an excellent surgeon. He is also a kind and caring person. His staff is fantastic! I can honestly say that he is my favorite doctor I have ever been to.
