I had a tummy tuck 5yrs ago DR. PALMER didn't preform my procedure correctly the first go round.I was very disappointed. After my post op visitors I had alot of swelling. He decided and agreed to fix the issue after his mistake. He informed the nurse that was assigned to me on this particular day that he was going to fix the issue. Dr. Palmer didn't keep his word I was getting the run around for months. Until the nurse said to him that's not right.However; again Mr.Shane decided to take accountability and fix my issues. Dr Palmer was very upset the day of my surgery. I was nervous because I didn't know what to expect from the liposuction procedure. It was very painful. Dr. Palmer stated to me if I continued to scream, he was going to stop. I think it was purposely done. As mentioned in some of the reviews all the staff were nice in the beginning. After I addressed my concerns about my results. I was a brush off. I wouldn't recommend. I feel like Dr. Palmer just took my money. Dr. PALMER is racist as well.

Think twice before you chose him. I did a tummy tuck three months ago. I am not happy with the results, also I end up having a scar under my belly button. I did not receive any explanation (why I end up with this scar). First week, it is was 1inch wound, I was preparing to come to the office since we had an appointment, but the nurse called an hour before the appointment to cancel because the doctor was not at the office. Second visit while the wound get bigger and bigger we went to the office and the doctor showed up 1 hour and half late, he said he did not know about our appointment while we received a confirmation over the phone and text message confirmation. When the doctor did the consultation, he said we have to wait until the wound close and we will do the scar revision. Now, I was at his office last Wednesday and he said he will charge me for that small procedure sure. He will charge me for incomplete job and for the fault that he made. Furthermore, the first day of surgery they sent me home as a died body, I was In very bad situation and still a sleep under the medication. I don’t think they care about their patients the way it supposed to be. Think twice please, and don’t mind to pay more and receive a good service. Dr you a free to give yourself all the excuses now since it is to late, buy still I want the clients think twice before going to you :)

I recently underwent a tummy tuck procedure with Dr. Palmer. My results were amazing. Honestly, I was not expecting my abdomen to look this good. Dr. Palmer has excellent bedside manner. He explained everything to me from beginning to end. Jason, Carmen, and Laurie also deserve a 5 star rating.They have excellent customer service skills. Every interaction with the office staff was friendly and professional. Laurie was the nurse assigned to me during this process. I was extremely nervous the day of my procedure. Laurie reassured me that she would be by my side throughout the procedure. Laurie was very knowledgeable. Laurie also has excellent bedside manner. She’s a great nurse. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to Dr. Palmer and his team. Dr. Palmer exceeded my expectations with such amazing results.
