RUN! - Unhelpful and unprofessional staff, horrible attitudes . - Violated HIPAA by reading another email address insisting it’s mine. I confirmed it is not & was questioned why it’s in my file if it’s not my email address. - unreturned voicemails with excuses to why “they didn’t get them”. Zero stars , a waste of time and money!

When I found out the diagnosis of a huge carcinoma on my tongue, at the beginning of 2023, it was devastating. The surgery to remove it was carried out in May of the same year and immediately after it Dr. Levine proceeded to perform plastic surgery on my tongue to reconstruct it having to do a tissue transplant from my leg to my tongue, a very delicate plastic surgery, that Dr. Levine successfully developed Since that date, Dr. Levine, in the company of the oncologist, has been in charge of the development and evolution of the result of this procedure. Dr. Levine's knowledge, professionalism, experience, care, and kindness has allowed me to use my tongue to communicate in a fairly normal way, taste drinks and foods, eat without any limitations, and repeat what various health professionals have told me "... it was a great luck that Dr. Levine had performed the plastic surgery of the reconstruction of such a delicate organ...". Let this be the moment to deeply thank him and his entire team of health professionals and those of administration for all their attention and care that they provided throughout this process.
