They're crooks! I paid $2000 for the surgery and I was told if I cancel 14 days before the surgery I will lose $1000 of my deposit...this was in writing. I got cold feet after reading some of the reviews from former patients. I cancelled 15 days before the surgery but Dan the Business manager told me I am losing my entire $2000 because in their quote they had given me a discount. I disputed with my credit card company and got $1000 back. Please see the attachments.
