I met with Dr. Sabeeh for an implant exchange. I wanted to downsize slightly as well as go with a different shape implant to better fit my body. He listened to all my concerns as well as my goals and helped me choose the perfect size and shape implant. My surgery went very smooth and I am thrilled with my results. His bedside manner was great and I felt very comfortable in his care!

I was referred by a friend to see Kasey Hirsch. I have now been seeing Kasey for about 2.5 years. It has done wonders for my skin. The initial reason for my visit was redness and dry skin on my cheeks, it was getting worse no matter what I tried. So time to see a professional. After a couple visits I saw a huge improvement in my skin. I now consistently visit Kasey to make sure I stay on top of my skin routine. My skin looks great and much more youthful. Thanks to Kasey!

Dr. Walsh is an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend Forma Plastic Surgery. I had a double mastectomy with a delayed reconstruction. I felt extremely cared for during this process. Dr. Walsh and her office staff took me under there care; they were professional, caring, kind, and compassionate. I had all my questions answered. Dr. Walsh has the best bed side manner and she is an excellent surgeon. I couldn't ask for any better care because I had the best care. Thank you Dr. Walsh and Forma Plastic Surgery for all you do❣️

I had a double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction. Dr Walsh was my Plastic Surgeon. She is professional, compassionate, caring, talented and respectful. I have witnessed her care over the years and when I unexpectedly was diagnosis with breast cancer, she was with me at each step. As terrifying as it was, I felt at ease, under her care and direction. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. She exceeded all my expectations. This entire process takes time and she was so uplifting and patient. She has been voted Top Doc in the Top Doctors Phoenix Magazine, which reflects her commitment, service and focus on her clients.

When other Plastic Surgeons in the Scottsdale area would not see me for a Breast Augmentation, I was referred to Dr. Sabee. I would like to personally thank those Dr.’s for sending me to the best Plastic Surgeon in the Phoenix area. Dr. Sabee takes on all cases, and fixes the difficult/complicated/botched ones which most surgeons are not willing or not capable of handling. I had an explant, that left me with horrible, flat, disfigured breasts with very little breast tissue. Dr. Sabee was able to give me beautiful, perky, soft, natural looking breasts with the size implant that suited a 62 year old woman. His skill, knowledge, and professionalism is amazing! Thank you Dr. Sabee, I appreciate you. P.S. Your staff is very helpful and Rachel is wonderful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
