Dr. David P. Singer, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in general plastic and reconstructive surgery, including skin malignancies, lesions, and general reconstruction. His expertise extends to birth defects, pediatric plastic surgery, complex and comprehensive hand surgery, trauma, burns, and microsurgery, as well as aesthetic surgery.

Dr. Singer completed his undergraduate studies in Biology at Baylor University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and continued his training with a combined residency in general and plastic surgery at Brown University. Additionally, he supplemented his training with a fellowship in Breast Microsurgery at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Singer has published numerous publications in plastic and reconstructive surgery and has presented at various conferences.
