Both Dr. Ritacca and nurse Cynthia are great! Very knowledgeable and efficient. I’ve seen them multiple times and I trust both their input and services. I will always go back to these two if I have the option.

Dr.Ritacca team is an absolute gem. He exceeded my expectations both his assistants Cynthia and Laura are very through and both very patient and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and held my hand through the whole treatment . 10/10 recommend

Dawn Davidson at Ritacca is such a talented Dr.. she is very compassionate, caring, kind, gentle and is the best listener, as to what I did and did not want to happen…she is the master and an artist of Botox and fillers… I’ve been with her for over 10 years.. if she ever has to move to the other side of the planet, I will follow her.. I had cosmetic surgery and her being so caring as a person, knowing I had a procedure done with another Dr on her team, showed up in recovery to check on me, and see if I was ok.. if you are looking to feel younger without people knowing you’ve had anything done, go to Dawn..I promise, you will wish you had gone sooner.. she is the very best.. the Guru of beauty!!!

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Lu. The only available surgery date was about 3 weeks out from the date of my consultation. From everything I read in the paperwork, as well as asking questions to the lady that helps you choose implant size, takes your before and after pictures, goes over the paperwork with you & answers your questions, you're supposed to have 30 days from the date payment is made to change your mind and receive a refund. I called in about 3 days after making payment to express that I was having second thoughts and wanted to cancel my surgery. They told me that because my surgery date was so close that I wasn't eligible for a refund, so I could cancel but they'd keep my 9k payment. No matter how many times I informed them that I wasn't made aware of this at any point despite specifically asking this question, and was only told about the 30 day time frame to receive a refund, and that I had only made payment 3 days ago, they said no matter what they'd be keeping my payment. This made me feel like I was lied to, and that this place really only cares about taking your money. As for the results, overall I'm not happy with them. If I could have a re-do I'd go back and not have the procedure done. They aren't as flat as they were before, but they're not full on top despite getting the high profile Allergan implants. Also, my nipples are now uneven when they weren't before, which makes me self conscious when I wear a t-shirt without a bra. I also don't like the shape the implants make my breasts, and I can feel the implant ripple on the inner part of my breast. If it weren't for the fact that I was lied to about the 30 day refund period I would say it was my choice, and wouldn't be leaving this review. But because I feel like I was decieved just to fill in the surgeons one open day on the calendar, and the fact I actually did change my mind and try to cancel, I feel like they are also at fault here. I don't know how anyone could make a sound decision when they were lied to about being able to receive a refund within 30 days, and then when calling in to cancel be told that regardless of if you go through with the procedure or not you will be paying the full cost of it. It just seems unethical to me. So if you're considering a procedure from this place don't assume just because you read it in a contract, and also asked for clarification on the rules with them knowing your surgery date (same person who goes over the paperwork, answers your questions, and books your surgery) that you will receive accurate information. Results can't be guaranteed, but refund polices and basic info given to you in your consultation should be honored. Update 3/13/24: Dr. Lu called me shortly after leaving this review, and said he would try to get the audio recording from the phone call I had with the receptionist about trying to cancel. He said he'd follow up in a few days, and I never heard back from him. I also emailed the concierge@rlcosmeticsurgery.com email address after they replied to this review, and the email address comes back with an error that it does not exist.
