A wonderful Dr., he is kind, caring and truly understanding of your feelings. I have seen many Drs. However Dr. DeLucia is one of the top.

I am appalled at the manner in which the staff at Hartford Hospital handled my most recent appointment with Dr. DeLucia. I was on my way to the office for my appointment when my car battery died and I was caused to sit on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck in negative degree temperatures. My appointment was in 40 minutes so I immediately called the office and let them know and the receptionist could hear me talking to the two truck driver. I was met with a complete unwillingness to reschedule the appointment and told that my chart was going to indicate I was a "no show". When I tried to reschedule it was met with resistance and a complete lack of understanding or knowledge as to what the appointment was for. Even after talking to the supervisor "Mary" she did nothing but confirm that it was office policy to indicate a "no show." I have had many problems with the plastic surgery department with Hartford Hospital and find the doctors to be uncaring, and frankly incompetent. This whole experience along with a past experience leads me to write this review and to inform anyone who has a choice in their care to go somewhere else. Hartford Hospital does not care about you.

He is just an amazing doctor with a high professionalism. He listens very carefully to you and he answers with very honesty to your questions. I have a lot of good things to say for this doctor, I wish we had more doctors like him. Thank you dr. Delucia!

Dr. Orlando Delucia and his team are absolutely wonderful! He was so comprehensive and kind. I fully entrusted in him which gave me such relief as I faced some very difficult life decisions.
