I have been a patient of Dr. Mays over the years and have had many surgeries and procedures performed. His approach is very individualized - he listened to my goals and produced those results while keeping me on the right track. I am extreme and wanted drastic results - he delivered such while ensuring I didn’t go too far. His bedside manner and extreme talent are unmatched. In some of my before/after photos, you can see the beautiful results after rhinoplasty, Neograft (to reduce forehead size), a lip lift (not to be confused with a lip flip), earlobe reduction and filler. Again, I prefer drastic results, but Dr. Mays tailors every plan to his patient’s goals. He is the most talented plastic surgeon in the US and we are lucky to have him here in Louisville, KY.

I had/have very good experience at the Spa every time I visit. The place is inviting and staff are professional and friendly which I believe is very important to feel welcomed every time I go for treatment. Aubrianna did my micro needling and I'm so happy with results and can't wait to go back for my next treatment done in May. Sherie did my deep tissue massage twice now and it's literally the best one I had. She's so sweet, welcoming and listen to my concern. I already bought two more sessions with her and can't wait to schedule it again.
